Blackpool, FY1 2DG Terms & Conditions
(In these Terms &
Conditions We/us/our refers to the Hotel owners and You/your
refers to Hotel guests. Any dispute will be resolved in the English courts and according
to the laws of England and Wales.) Reservations You may make reservations
up to one year in advance. To secure a
booking a non-returnable deposit of the cost per person of 1 night stay is payable.
Deposits can be paid by credit/debit card or cheque.
Cheques must reach the Hotel at least five working days before you are due
to arrive and cannot be used for payment once at the hotel.
Payments at the Hotel are by card or cash only. Cheques are not accepted.
The person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in the reservation
including loss or damage. Room prices Prices quoted are per
person per night for bed & breakfast. If
you make a reservation more than three months in advance, the quoted room price may
change. We will try to inform you of any
likely price change at the time of booking and in any case will inform you in writing of
any increases as soon as they are known. In
this situation you have the right to cancel your reservation and have your deposit
refunded. Special promotions
Any
special promotion, offers or discounts are independent of our standard tariff even though
they may run concurrently. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any special
promotions, offers or discounts. Cancellation If
you cancel a booking or part of a booking you will lose your deposit. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to
your arrival we reserve the right to claim payment of the full amount of the original
booking if we are unable to re-let the room/s. Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will
have to pay the full amount of the original booking unless otherwise agreed, in writing,
with us. Arrival & departure Rooms are available from 2pm although earlier arrival may be
possible with our agreement. You are asked to
inform the Hotel of your arrival time if possible. Check out on day of departure is at
11.00 am but luggage may be left in the lounge if you are staying in Blackpool for the day
if agreed in advance. The lounge is a public
area and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to your luggage. Access You have twenty-four hour access to the Hotel. Rooms are serviced between 10.00 & 14.00 hrs
if we cannot gain access to your room between these hours, it may not be serviced. Breakfast Breakfast is served from
08.30 to 09.30 hrs. Orders will not be taken after 9.30am unless arranged in advance.
Refunds will not be made for breakfasts not taken or missed. Bedrooms All bedrooms and corridors
are designated as non-smoking areas, however guests are welcome to smoke in the bar
lounge. Only registered guests are permitted in bedrooms due to insurance and fire
regulations. Any guest found contravening these regulations will be asked to leave the
Hotel, without any refund, and a charge will be made for the over occupancy. Pets You are welcome to bring
your pet to the Hotel by prior agreement with us, provided: ·
They are
fully house trained ·
They will not
cause damage ·
They will not
disturb other guests ·
You undertake
to protect furnishings etc from damage or soiling ·
A nominal
charge is payable. Price on application. Pets must not be left
unattended and are not allowed in the dining room. You
are responsible for your pets at all times and will have to pay the full repair or
replacement cost if any Hotel property is damaged or soiled. Hotel property
You will be charged the
full cost of replacing or repairing any Hotel property you lose or damage however the
damage is caused including lost keys and soiled bedding.
If you notice any damaged or missing items in your room you must inform us
immediately. Guest property
We cannot be held
responsible for loss of or damage to your property unless it is deposited with us for
safekeeping. If you leave behind any of your property there is a minimum charge of
£10.00, which must be paid in advance of your property being returned. Payment Any balance due must
be paid on arrival unless otherwise agreed with us.
You must pay any other money owing before departure. If you fail to do so we will take any action
necessary to recover money due including any legal costs.
Credit/debit card payments, made on balances on arrival will attract a £2
charge. We reserve the right to use your credit or debit card without further request if
necessary. Anti-social
behaviour
For the benefit of ALL our guests, anti-social behaviour (including smoking, drunkenness and excessive noise) will not be tolerated and will be reported to the relevant authority prior to you being asked to leave the Hotel without warning or refund. Guests smoking, or suspected of smoking on the premises will be charged £50 per room to cover extra cleaning/sanitizing costs.
